Quick and Yummy Tofu Snack
You'll need: 1/2 c. Firm Tofu (cut into chunks)

tbs. soy sauce
1
tbs. sesame oil
Then: mix sesame oil with soy sauce, pour over tofu,
mix until tofu is total covered. Enjoy!
Cream Cheese and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
Cream cheese
cucumber
bread (any kind)
spread cream cheese like butter, top with cucumbers
and enjoy!!!
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ripe banana
freeze 1/2 c. milk, combine everything in blender.
makes 1 1/4 c.
Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seeds
3 tbs. sugar
3 tbs. light mayonnaise
2 tbs. fat free milk
1 tbs. poppy seeds
1 tbs. white vinegar
10 ounce bag romaine lettuce
1 c. sliced strawberries
2 tbs. toasted slivered almonds
Combine sugar, mayo, milk, poppy seeds and vinegar,
wisk well.
lightly mix lettuce and strawberries and almonds
in bowl.
serve with first mix as dressing
Smokey Mountain Fried Squirrel
2 Squirrels, young & quartered,
a quarter of a pound of flour, salt
& black pepper, 4 tablespoon cooking
oil, water, a medium onion & 3
carrots, cut into quarters.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper, dredge
meat. Heat cooking oil over
medium heat in a heavy covered pot.
Fry until golden brown. Reduce
heat, add water, onions and carrots.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
Caution - squirrel may contain nuts!
